Airman's Corner

I tried a 4 ringgit ayam repah at Airman's corner. Is that short for Amin or Aman? And they don't have their signboard anymore. This is the place. And it's located in Taman Medan. They have the stuff you like from a typical warung nasi lemak. Lapan amampus! I got the teowice and after the first sip, I already need. Yeah, the teowice is bad. It's 90% water. Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. It's a 2 out of 10. This is the nasi lemak ayam berrempah. Ooh, nampak sedap! Sambal was a bright red but looks a bit watery. I think it's ok. Ooh, got cake. The spice is there. It reminds me of my sekolah menengah, sekolah kebangsaan, sambal. I like when the rempah skin is a reddish brown. Just feels like there's more taste to it. Rempah! And it tastes just like how it looks. The meat very tender. Ayam rempah for me, the main thing is super tender meat and marinated to the bone. And this one is both. See how it just slides off the bone. What about the skin? The skin is crispy. Ibu jari atas! Cik, nak tanya lah. Satu ayam rempah. Rapa lah? Ayam. Chicken is good but if I factor in the whole nasi lemak, peanuts pun tak sampai 10. And this seems like 1 eighth of an egg. It's a 7.5. This is the nasi lemak sotong. Everything else is the same from the previous one. Ah, even the sotong reminds me of the school days. The sotong is covered with the same sambal, also sweet and salty. And it's very tender lho. And I'm happy to report Cucumber Gang, this is crunchy. Nasi lemak sotong 7 out of 10. Ah, kira. And the total damage is... Blue, what do you think? Me! That's what I thought.
