I tried this fried chicken and nasi lemak for supper. It's called Al Ehsan in Taman Paramount. The smell of this is like perfume that will attract Malaysians in a 100 meter radius. Napan naman pes, nasi lemak ayam and two teow eyes is 13 ringgit. When we were taking our food, I noticed there was so much more orders coming in and it was already 10pm. This is your basic nasi lemak with sambal sunny side up, ikan bilis and peanuts, cucumber, and a fried chicken that looks like it belongs in my belly right now. Listen to my girlfriend's reaction of me breaking the egg. The most important thing, sambal don't pass, the whole nasi lemak cannot pass. I really like the sambal. Sweet, got cake and not only that, straight away, I taste the rice, very rich santan flavour. This is the chicken. It's nice, very airy and crispy. This one, look at this chunk, that is huge. I don't think I've ever had this reaction eating a chicken meat. Wow, it's so good. The meat is so tender with the sambal, egg, rice and the chicken meat, killer combo. Only once more complain, the texture of sambal is watery. And the cucumber, is it soggy or crunchy? It's more soggy. This nasi lemak are 8.2 and the chicken is a 9.
