The skin is very crispy, the meat is very tender and it's so hot. Yeah the lele is nice. This also has cabbage but same as ayam penyeh raw and crispy. We both know the star here is ikan lele. It was cooked well, the skin was very crispy and the meat is super tender. Plus the sambal is good. I wouldn't say it's mind-blowingly good but it's good. Nothing else is special.
