Bloom RC

I tried a 12 ringgit beef bolognese at a roadside cafe. I was tagged by Allie to go to Bloom RC in Tamang, Malawati. It's a roadside cafe selling pasta and your typical cafe drinks. Tapi tak jumpa kuki. We took our order and luckily have a spot to eat there. Start time 2.27. It only took 10 minutes of not one, not two but three pastas. And you know it's not pre-made because they cook it on the spot. Eh minum dulu. You are looking at my peep. Apple juice. But how does it taste like? Very diluted. It's an apple taste but it's not much. Not sweet, very plain. Imagine this much is water and this is apple juice. Eh pak kepal otak kau. It's a 2. This is the chocolate drink and I think this time it's going to be amazing, right? Wrong. Problem is I don't taste the chocolate. I only taste this good day milk. Chocolate kepal bapak kau. I'm giving this a 3. Finally, the pasta. This is called the creamy thaw. It looks yummy but is it yummy? This is the Thai one ah. Doesn't taste like Thai creamy. It has a more localised taste which I like. Almost like sambal. It tastes a bit like Ayam Merah style, right? Not as described but it's a good taste. Spice is a slow burn kind of spice. After a few bites only you start feeling it. This also doesn't taste like it should but it's actually good. It's a 7 out of 10. The smoked beef bacon is usually one of my favourite orders. So cool! But not from here. So sad. I don't like it that much. What does it taste like? Very normal carbonara, it's a bit spicy. The overall taste is a bit underwhelming. No smokiness in the beef. I can hardly taste the carbonara 4 out of 10. And finally we had the beef belogenese. Jangan kecap maku. I'm happy to report my taste bud likes this. Small to the salty sweet side which means beef I think is... Sweet tomatoey unique raisin taste. I like it 7.5. If I live nearby here and they have the bolognese or creamy thai. I think I might order here at least once a week.
