Boom City

I went to Boom City SS17 because Lisa wanted me to try the OSB burger and also cheesesteak from December Hairy Boy. Where should I try next? Loving the vibes of Boom City, it's well lit. And with these guys, It's an open-air jazz club! You can find lots of other options here like souffle, sambal meletup, nasi lemak, and my favourite, kerang rebus. For drinks, yes sir love, raibina, and teh o' ais. After that, we got ourselves a place to sit. Tasted like they should, a bit watery but the portion was big for the price. This is it, December Hairy Boy's. I ordered both the Malaya cheesesteak and the OSB burger. Total RM28. They gave me the beeping thing to wait for the order. We also got the kerang rebus. Kerang itself wasn't the juiciest I've seen but the sauce was nice. Which one is better? Homeboy speed stop or this one? Homeboy cheese stop. Finally time to pick up my OSB burger and Malaya cheesesteak. Lisa, I hope you're right! Had a good look at it and this is what other Jason has to say. Okay Lisa, I finally got the OSB burger and see if it matches my hat as well. It looks kind of normal, gonna have to try the taste. First bite in and it's like a less tastier version of the McDonald's cheeseburger. And the girlfriend agrees with me. I thought it's more like Rambi style but it's more McDonald's style. As I ate more of it, I realised there's like tendons inside that I cannot even chew. OSB burger, 4 out of 10 for me. The Malaya cheesesteak is just like the more expensive version of the Subway steak and cheese. It was a sad, sad day! The music was great though. Boom City itself has a lot of food options so I'm definitely coming back to try those, especially the souffle.
