Since when the spa boys have Nashville-style fried chicken? It's in Mad Copper Tower and this is the first brunch that sells the Nashville style. Hari ini kita cuba try test, the two piece combo for RM28. On the outside it seems mahan dan mampui! They have unlimited refill soft drinks. Plays like Nandoz, this will cost RM8-9. Typical Kohl's Law sauce, they have different options, I chose garlic parmesan. Price, you can choose between drumstick and Thai. Aisong lah. Terus dua ketol drumsticks. One is in mild and another one is in hot. I mean look at the juice on that. For me a good side of a deep fried chicken is you get an immediate saltiness. After that some sort of peppery spice kicks in. Skin is already infused with the coating of batter. There's a thin layer of fats inside la, it adds to the creaminess. For me this chicken style is like a simple southern flavour. When you're biting kan, you can clearly feel the separation between the meat and the chicken skin and batter. There's a light crackle to it. It feels like the mummy monster chicken MSG. Hot flavour, it's so plump. An almost bitter-like powdery chilli spice. Oh this one, your friend I think I got a raw-ish piece. Very rubbery. Got a slightly raw piece. Can we change? At least they let me change the chicken. Always get your money's worth again. I'll give the spice a 6 out of 10. Oh my god, it's the garlic parmesan. It's like a creamy mayo-like sweet salty. I can smell the cheese but when I mix it inside here, it's not as obvious. It feels a little like aleu oleu. Makes it taste a little more Italian and southern. The chicken is solid but the batter might be a little one-dimensional. The fries... It's giving me deep fried, it's giving me potato chips. This one you get to feel a little more crunch from the batter. Oh slow. It's a good standard, it's crunchy. Glazy-glazy sauce type style versus a more soupy watery sound point fire. When you name your dish off the hook and it's about fish, you're implying that it's gonna be very fresh right? You got straight off your fishing hook. You better live out to the reputation because the price is 22 ringgit ala khat. Mahana mampui! This is really perch-perch. It looks flaky. This thing is fresh. It's not just one smooth fish pasty texture. Sauce is a thick mayo cheesy sourish like tartar sauce. Simple yet expensive burger, it's a good combination. You got the salted buttered bun. In between that softness you get a very thin crisp from their braiding. When you bite through the fish, textured layered meat. And it's similar to Dori where this one you can still taste the fresh water. They didn't use white bun. You see it's yellowish, which I think gives some sweetness. Definitely better than McBee's but also more expensive. I just wish the cheese was a little more obvious. The braiding tastes similar to the chicken. 7.6 4-piece chicken tender set for 23 ringgit. Add on 5 ringgit because one is the extra hot, another is the extra hot. Each piece is 2 ringgit 50 cents. We're gonna start with the mild first. I think they also use chicken tender probably the breast part or the under breast. Very rare do I get to taste chicken tender that is this juicy and tender. The marination is also all the way to the meat. Peppery, MSG salted taste. Let's try it with the ranch. It's very subtly sweet, more salted, wangy, aromatic mayo-like flavor. This is just a hot one. Meat is so tender. Look how easily that falls off. I've rivered the mild over this called Chicken Tender. I was told that extra hot has Carolina Reaper in it. The taste is very similar to hot but it adds a very lingering burnt spice, you know? You need water right now spice. These are 8 and a half over 10 spice. I suggest you only get this if you want to prank a friend or your lawang needs some burning. That's the only reason. If not, I will just stick to hot or mild. At this point, I don't know if I want to try the extra-extra spiciest level hot. It's ghost pepper mixed with Carolina Reaper. Oh my god. It's so powdery. It's so peppery. Torture hot. Oh when it gets into your throat. It doesn't just go down, it's taking a three day two night camp there. It's as if I turtelang burning coal. Definitely one of the spiciest thing I've ever tasted. It's not even lawang nation level. This is the volcano level already. 7.4
