Gastro Hub

I got the long-awaited RM23.90 classic tiramisu, we drove 40 to 50 km all the way to Nilai, to Gastro Hub, this one specifically, the chef will serve you a slice of this but since it's been so much in demand, that service has been pushed to 3pm onwards otherwise you'll be served the classic tiramisu in this box, orang kata less premium lah, girlfriend already took a bite from here, feels very soft as usual they have a dusting of coffee or cocoa powder at the top, should be coffee some bitterness from the light mocha-type vibe like a cream cheese, it doesn't feel rich or dense, very wispy and whipped creamy, they got some shredded chocolate at the top tastes like the ones you get from bakery supply shops, a very soft almost watery cake texture to be fair they say this is a lighter version not gelat because the sweetness is acceptable it's not a bad one though, just imagine this as a watered down version of a standard tiramisu for RM23.90 and a long drive, it is underwhelming I do appreciate that at least they made a version that's for those who prefer it not too sweet because there's a lot of tiramisu out there that's very sweet 6.3 6.3 7.4 7.5 8.5 8.5 9.5 10.5 11.5 11.5 12.5 11.5 11.5 12.5
