I tried a viral chocolate punch, and it's only available in their main brunch. It's called Gigi Coffee Home Barista in Glenmarie. And the place is giving Japanese oslochi! Definitely love the tunes they're playing. They got nasi lemak and a bunch of pastries. Typical cafe menu. But do they taste better? Because I can tell you the price is like a high-end cafe. It wasn't crowded so it was easy to find a spot. We took one behind this pokok. So cool! The wait time was quite fast lah, about 10 minutes something like that. For 60 ringgit we got the nasi lemak, the signature butterscotch latte, of course the viral chocolate fudge, this chocolate croissant and the croissant with almond cream. I find it very annoying when it's difficult to open a nasi lemak and then when you open it, it becomes very messy. The sambal has a good sweet spicy taste but the ikan bilis and the rice was soggy. For 5 ringgit there's much better options out there. Overall man! My girlfriend was struggling cutting through this chocolate croissant and it's supposed to be very crispy. I think it's because it wasn't fresh. Was it yesterday's leftover? Despite that the chocolate was tasty. It was rich and creamy. Even the dough on the croissant almond cream was not fresh. And just for context we came during the morning for breakfast. Aku makan angin. But if you like sweet pastry, this one has a nice combination of caramel and almond cream. Working so harmoniously! In 4 seconds watch me ruin the aesthetic of this viral chocolate fudge latte. She's so impressed! I liked the texture it was foamy and light. Chocolate was rich and not super sweet. It's a good dropper drink. 17 ringgit. A bit overpriced. Does girlfriend agree? Her signature butterscotch latte is nice, the cream and foam is so cloudy and the toffee taste hit me just right. Not too strong. Alright can you put this in a take away cup with ice? Plus one for the barista for being so friendly because my girlfriend always like to take away drinks because it cannot finish! Oh it's so hard for me to tell you to go because they have Starbucks level price and the pastry is not fresh. But if you're okay with the course, you should definitely grab a drink here.
