Trying our first Nashville hot chicken. It's called Hot Bird in Damansara Utama. We got in and a very nice restaurant manager immediately greets you, and luckily we got a seat because the crowd here is huge. The food is more expensive than KFC. You can pick your own spice level, we chose super hot. Our order took 30 minutes to get ready. Is it worth the wait? And don't forget your glass before you eat ah. Wah, the chicken looks so juicy. Unlike that other brand. Chicken skin is crunchy, meat is well marinated and fresh. And the spice is the powdery type. It's not sweet or salty, it's giving homemade. The fries were not memorable, I just remember fresh potato. They got a dip that adds more flavour and some saltiness to it. The Nashville style offers this kind of plain bread but I prefer the bun with the sweet taste. The coleslaw okay-okay la. Just like that other brand. You know what? It's okay because the chicken crunchiness is so good. It's a big crunchy bite! But also built our 3p set plus extra mineral water was RM37. Overall we give it a 7. If you are looking for a hot off the grill fresh chicken but you don't mind the price, this is a good spot.
