This is the most expensive and cheaper steak from Midpoint. From 600 all the way to sub 100 ringgit, this part steakhouse, part playground has over 80,000 people trying it. Amar, I hope you're right about this. Kita cuba yang paling murah dulu, grass-fed ribeye, 84 ringgit, 83 cents, 170 grams, quite ngam, they are medium, just a touch of pink on it. It's the more charry barbecue that's a bit kind of smoky taste. They provide this heated slab of lava stone, you can ask them to change if it doesn't sound like this lah. Now let's eat it with the chimichurri. The leafy herbs flavour, and I think they put some lemon and garlic also. To me it's just eh, like that lah. I thought it was not enough salt but you can put your own salt. Getting another cut here, quite consistent. I like this taste, rich in a beef essence but not buttery, chewy but not rubbery, but still easy to telan. For me steak right, I just like it stripped down to the most essential flavours because that's what you really want to heal kau-kau, not too much sauce, criss cross fries. Very easy to crunch in, and the potato inside smooth, there are sautéed veggies. Crush, alew-olew type of flavour. 8.4. This has to be nothing short of sedap nak mampui because RM477.85. Yes, A5 Wagyu ribeye, 190 grams but half a thousand ringgit have to get the salt and pepper because you want 90% of your taste to be the A5 Wagyu. You paid that much for it. Easy to cut, I hardly use any effort here. Let's give it a go on the lava stone. All I can say is this is A5 Wagyu. I've eaten A5 Wagyu that tastes langit to bumi compared to this. It's something like eating a giant pulp from a fruit. Imagine like an orange pulp where it has this juicy outer layer and when you bite in, out squirts the juice. But instead of a fruit juice, you get that lemak-lemak rich A5 essence. With every bite something squirts out and for me that creates the effect of milk in your mouth. I don't know, garlic butter with A5. The meat! I like that it's not a super strong garlic butter. It doesn't take over the taste of the beef. It's a cheese spread type of texture. It feels like there's some sort of peanut-y taste. They blended something inside, it doesn't feel like pure potato. Maybe it's some kind of US potato, I am not sure. Especially if you want to bring someone for an occasion. That person is a steak lover. 9.4
