Roti Sarang Burung

I'm about to take a mighty chunk of this roti sarang burung. It's also the name of the place in Batu Sepuloh Jalan Ceras. It's flower shaped like bird's nest with two eggs on it, sounds like a good idea for a protein breakfast. I ordered both the special and biasa. Very easy to take. The dough is not sweet, salty, but very fresh. Very spicy chili padi curry taste. It tastes like spicy patai, crispy on the outside, soft inside, sarang burung biasa. 4 ringgit ini. Usually you order 2 half-bought eggs, already 3 to 4 ringgit. It's good that this is a more neutral taste, spicy and sweetness comes from the sambal. And then a bit of saltiness is from the dao. Final thoughts, roti sarang burung. If you take away the catchy name, what you get is a well done roti china. It's crispy, fluffy, extra fresh. The eggs we had that day was also runny in just the right way. The special is too much of a flavour bomb, too salty even for me. It's not the one I'll be ordering when I come back, 6.9. The biasa I think it's just right especially with the sambal and dao. So it mix it all together with the creamy egg, good combination, 7.2.
