The verdict
BolehJason gives Slow Fire Pizza in Seksyen 13, Shah Alam a second chance as part of his lowest-rated series, visiting before the outlet closes and relocates permanently to a street stall in Seksyen 6. Despite the empty 'ghost town' dining room and car-workshop surroundings, he finds the thin pizzas deceptively flavourful — especially the sour cream and pickles pizza — and praises the patient staff and the house-made Tabaco condiment. He can taste the effort in the pizzas, but the lack of foot traffic explains why this pizzeria never took off.
Highlights
- Price: "Pricy for having no meat at all" — no exact prices mentioned in the video
- Taste: Thin pizzas that look bland but 'take over' once you bite in; the sour cream & pickles pizza is addictive with its white cream (Alfredo-like) and cheese; wanted more umami from the mushroom; cheese 'tastes cheap but it's the good kind'
- Ambiance: Ghost town inside — felt like private dining as they were the only customers; the lane looks like a car workshop area and doesn't feel vibrant
- Other: Staff (the girl with glasses) rumoured to be rude in reviews but was actually patient with all his annoying questions; house 'Tabaco' condiment is sour-spicy with citrusy, fruity sweetness; outlet is closing and moving permanently to a street stall in Seksyen 6

Trying the lowest rated pizza — except this isn't the lowest, but we are here because we're gonna be here for two weeks and then we're not here anymore. A pizzeria that should be doing well but isn't. I dug up some negative reviews to find out if it's true now. The Slow Fire Pizza deserves a second chance. Our goal is to leave here with a five-star Google rating, but I cannot lie. One reason I'd actually come back for is one star. It's a ghost town inside. There was a comment that said the sign was open but they were told it's closed. Anyone here? Oh, there's someone. Close or open? This comment is capped for me, but I wish someone was at the store front. If not, it does look like it's closed. They said a girl with glasses was rude, so let's try it out. I'm trying to annoy her. What's the best seller? What do you recommend? What's in the beef pepperoni? Can you repeat these two? I wanna give both the same thing but nothing has glasses. I tried to ask as many stupid questions as possible and she still sucked it up and answered it. I'll be trying the pizzas that are highly recommended. And the one they say is the sour cream and pickles pizza. Pricy for having no meat at all. At the first bite, I don't know how I feel about this, but then the more I taste like Alfredo, it almost makes you feel like you can't stop eating because of the white cream and the cheese. This is not the kind of pickle that makes your cheeks cramp. Have a slice, my guy. Ah, you're doing that sandwich style. This is a don't-judge-a-pickle-by-the-pizza-slice. Why do you think this place is closing? It's closing now? People are not really know about this shop. Even by looking at this lane, it doesn't feel vibrant. It's the kind of shop that looks like there's a lot of car workshops. And it isn't just Slow Fire, other shops nearby hardly have any customers. This one based on the cheese bestseller. I'm gonna say something controversial. It tastes cheap but it's the good kind of cheese. It's like that sausage bun with a bunch of cheese on it. That one deli shop that you like. Something about the Slow Fire pizza is very deceptive. It looks very thin and it looks like there's hardly gonna be any flavor. But once you bite in, it takes over. I just wish I'm getting a little bit more umami from the mushroom. They have their condiment section. I appreciate that even though it's a little empty. But at least they have something called a Tabaco, which I've never really tried before. Feminine Tabaco sauce. Sour, spicy intensity. But softens the blow a bit with citrusy, fruity sweetness. I can taste the effort on the pizzas but will it be the last time? So we are moving to our Seksyen 6 outlet, which is like just a street stall. That's where we started and we're gonna be moving there permanently. As usual at the end of the video, I'm gonna try to rate 5 stars but I cannot lie. So if cannot get, it's cannot get. Feels like private dining because we were the only one here. Pizza served within 5 minutes. See you bro! Follow for more.
