Sukar Pasta

I went to the Absolute Food Fest with over 200 food stalls including Sukar Pasta that I finally get to try. If you're coming during the daytime, bring an umbrella. Parking inside the stadium is a 5 ringgit entry, expect there to be a lot of crowd. This is the entrance, aku tak disponsor. There's quite a few viral stalls here but unfortunately I couldn't try them all. They even have donut pizza with sambal. Ferrero Roche pun hadil. Hoi biasa maksudnya pun hadil. Queuing at Sukar Pasta. No surprise here, the queue took us 30 minutes just to take order. Finally I saw the man himself. 30 minutes and a bucket full of sweat later, we took our orders and we just went and checked the other stuff out. There's no shortage of street food but this sunny day, we really need some hydration. Very milky, light taste. The taste seems like it's all mixed together with other fruits. Overpriced and diluted 3 out of 10. Hoi Jens' Kunafa Aiwa is also here and the queue is Panjang Nak Mampui! I think I have to try it ah. But I did not because my girlfriend was about to have a heat stroke in this open oven. I like cheese tart but is it good ah? Ya, our second buy is cheese tart bunce. Hoping it's good because 15 ringgit for 6 more pieces. One of my favourite fruits also here but it's not weather appropriate to eat now. Thank you Aki Jack! Am I gumbang eh? Oh ok boleh, thanks. Smells good. Moment of truth, their signature Gigi Hadid spaghetti with seafood 25 ringgit. She didn't want to tell me anything before I tried but that face sus. Seems like it's good but also could be bad. I prefer it to be a bit more salty ah. Cheese spoon nice but like without the salt ah, lacking a bit of the taste. Let's try his prawn real quick. Very mushy! Second opinion from her. Mmm mushy! The problem is that it's mushy but it's not juicy as well. Ya true! I don't know if it's just us but we only got 3 small pieces of squid. Yeah, this tart bun is not overcooked but not much taste to eat over. So at first you bite, it seems bland. Then you can taste the tomato. From there comes that cleanliness. At the end of your bite, you will have a bit of the spicy aftertaste. So 25 ringgit? I think 6.7. I'm a sucker for cheesestart but this cheesestart buncit was so meat. The cheese ah had an off taste and the filling on top did not mix well. 15 ringgit for six of these tiny things that tastes below average. Mmm 3.5. I think there's so many other interesting food and drinks here but we are just too tired, hot and sweaty and full to try anymore. Except for this one drink that my girlfriend wanted to try since coming in here. I think it's great marketing to display a blue drink in such a hot sunny weather. You will feel instantly refreshed just looking at it. But how does it taste? 15 ringgit day wise 3 out of 10. Regardless I still had fun and to those who came and said hi, Kita satu gang sekarang. See you at the Kota Damansara kabut sale this week. I hope lah.
