Korean BBQ and Ice Cream Buffet, and it's halal. It's called Urban Korean BBQ and it's in Quill City Mall. Price is the one that got me, RM36 per adult, and RM15 per pack for unlimited Haagen-Dazs and Baskin Robbins. Is it worth it? Sodas, Milo's, juice, all part of the buffet. I had to try out my favourite Coke Zero. Drink review. As expected, a bit diluted. Still got a gassy taste. Ok la, ok, more buffet. Green tea is a good option if you don't like the sweet stuff. And if you don't want rice, you can get instant noodles. This buffet has your typical sauce and side dish. I tried the kimchi soup, it was sour but other than that completely tasteless. Kimchi pancake is more just like kimchi, macam don't have the pancake at all. And the steam make tastes like they left it in the fridge for one week. Side dish is tasteless. For me, there's two types, beef and chicken. At first we chose to cook it ourselves, you know la how it is when you grill or you steamboar, somehow the food tastes more delicious when you get to do it yourself versus other people serving you. Plus, it only took a few seconds for the meat to cook. As I say all of that, the beef was very rubbery, hard to chew. Just mad. A bit disappointed so far but things started to turn around when I tried the chicken. Taste tea. And then you add the sauce, it's quite good. We ordered a second plate of meat but this time they helped us cook straight from their kitchen. From all the buffets I've tried, this one has the most choice of ice cream you can pick. These ones all come with the RM36 base price. For extra RM15 per person, you get Haagen-Dazs and Baskin-Robbins. When we were there, there was 6 flavours per brand. My girlfriend went straight for the Haagen-Dazs coffee flavour. True story, this is our first time trying it. And I don't understand what's the hype around it. It's too sweet for us and it tastes like any other ice cream. Why is it so expensive? It's a world-class chocolate flavour. It's white chocolate mixed with milk chocolate and it's delicious. Now, I want to compare the ice cream that comes with the base price. I think it's chocolate caramel. It's the closest flavour from the other two brands. It's very refreshing. Finally my girlfriend got her favourite Magnum ice cream plus one for being part of the base price. Total was RM102. BBQ Town is much better than this unless you feel like having an ice cream buffet. What buffet should I try next?
RM102 · World-class chocolate ice cream
