I'm sharing you my childhood dish that I can get in Arah Damansara. This is the Serumban style beef noodle. Wei's hoxing, kopitiam, find this tall and order the dry mixed beef noodle. Yes, I know 14 ringgit is on the high side but I think this is worth it, look at the juiciness of that. Like most dishes, the secret is in the sauce and I think this sauce is good, very close to the one I had in Serumban. It's very savoury! Generous amount of sauce and noodles, a bit of toin. The sauce and noodle is the one that makes me come back for more, the peanut is just peanut and the beef though is tender so that one really added to the taste. The soup helps to reduce the gelatness of this dish and it gets really gelat so I only come here once or twice a month. This one is a 7.2 for me.
